"Would leave -100 stars if I could. While the office staff is nice. State Farm itself is a horrible company to deal with a bunch of scam artists paying over 400 a month for auto alone had a not fault accident and they absolutely refuse to fix the vehicle they won’t even approve to have it looked at properly to see if it’s safe refusing to do any kind of diagnostics claiming they only fix body damage won’t even check for anything else and they do not care if your car is unsafe. If you opt for email txt good luck they don’t communicate and refuse to help and they don’t txt or email . Run don’t walk away from this company. I also attempted a home owners claim and the adjuster came and said my primary residence was a rental home because my elderly mother answered the door and she lived here with us . They then denied the claim saying we installed the sink that leaked ( we did not ) paid out of pocket for that expense too. Between 5-7k in cost to this place and they will find anyway to scam and not check things to not pay. DO NOT use State Farm."
