"I have been a customer at Marc Plamondon State Farm on Main Street for more years that I would want to count. I have always gotten good service and when there were various issues over the years, they were always sorted out. A couple of months ago I had my first car accident, in probably 10 years or more. It was addressed quickly and with concern. When it was turned over to the main office for Claims, I did not know what to expect. It was exceptional from beginning to end. The woman who did the claim brought up some points about the accident, that I had not thought of. Before the claim was even resolved, I had a check in 7 days for the exact amount of the estimate. They faxed documents to the car rental agency in 15 minutes. And they called to notify me of every step of the process. State Farm Insurance is not the cheapest insurance you can find. But I do not think you will ever top the customer service that I just received. Life can be complicated enough. Taking care of what I am paying for, is a very worthwhile commodity."
